Brown crushed velvet dress with custom rhinestones placed throughout bust and applique. Brand is Pumpers, Size Adult Small. Custom rhinestones were hand-placed throughout the sheer bust area and the flower applique on the right hip. Criss-crossed straps across back. Great for lyrical or contemporary pieces.
