Hey! My name is Jenn and I live in Washington, D.C. I found ballet as an adult in 2015, inspired by Misty Copeland and her message that ballet is for everyone. I already had lots of exposure to classical music as a flute player, and movement practices including yoga, barre, and Pilates, so I was primed and curious about trying ballet. Fast forward through the pandemic, becoming a mom, and life's ups and downs, I came back to ballet after a five-year break and find it makes me even happier than before. In addition, my kid has started taking children's intro classes, which he loves, and I dream about us one day (maybe!) doing ballet stuff together. I'm selling some new and gently used dancewear I've bought over the years as I refresh my dance wardrobe.
