**PLEASE NOTE** Shipping costs are not included. We will send you an invoice for the actual cost of shipping when we go to fulfill the orders. We have negotiated rates with Fedex so prices are fairly low. We marked $1 but will apply that to the actual shipping expense. We will ship upon payment of shipping invoice.
